Hello,

There is a problem with the French translation: you can not activate the tab "Email user" when editing a form. Admin Email operates normally.
The User tab Email work if I delete French files in admin.
Some awkward translation errors (confusion between From (de) and to (à) for example in the fields of e-mails.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Please make sure that the language files have UTF-8 NO BOM encoding.
