when I enable the forme list module, the whole page goes blank.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hello,

Note that the mod_forme_list module is for RSForm!, not for RSForm! Pro. You should use the mod_rsform_list module. For more information you can refer to this article from the documentation:
