This is what I am trying to accomplish.. I need a form that calculates this:
I would like to rent golf clubs (including balls and tees) at the rate of $75 for the session.

I would like private Tennis lessons: at $60/hour at $30/ ½ hour at $35/person semi
________hours ________days

basicly if a person puts in 2 hours and checks the $30/ 1/2 hr it would talley it up and give a price of $60.00 added to the total. BUT then if they put in the DAYS at 3, then it would be $180.00 example: 30/ 1/2 hour checked, 2 hours per day, and for 3 days.

so, field one would be: price
field two would be hours: price X hours
field three (Total) would be "Price x hours x days" =
