I've used RSforms for a few years without problem. On my most recent install none of the RSforms icons are showing up and I can't add or edits form fields. Has anyone run into this problem?

I have the same issue. I have submitted a support ticket and got the following response:

--

This is most likely caused by a improper update process. This was most likely caused by insufficient writing permissions set on the following folders:

- administrator/components
- /components
- plugins
- modules
- administrator/languages
- languages
- media
- you Joomla tmp folder

Please verify them and run the installation file again.

However, this did not resolve the issue. When I receive more feedback from the ticket, I will reply to this topic.

Hello,

This is most likely generated by incorrect permissions configured on the installation folders. Please make sure that you have writable permissions set on the following folders:

- administrator/components
- /components
- /media
- administrator/languages
- /languages
- /plugins
- /modules

After all this is checked run the installation file again.

It is a permissions issue, but the permissions need to pertain to files in addition to the directories mentioned in the previous post. When I applied recursive permissions to include files, it cleared up all of the issues.
