I want to add an email validated field that will be used to send the form results to be used as a "recommend to a friend" function.

Possible?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hello,

You can try setting either the User or the Admin Email to be sent to the email address that the user will type in the respective field. This way the user will be able to send a recommendation email.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
