I'm pretty new to all this, and am just taking over maintenance for a website that was already built. I'm trying to add a file upload component to an existing form. Looks like I added it correctly, and saved it. But when I go to view the form on my website, the new component isn't there. When I go to edit the form again, the component is there, so I'm not sure why it's not being displayed on my website. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hello,

This is most likely caused by the fact that the "Auto-generate layout" option is unchecked and the placeholders for your new upload field were not added to the code from the "Form Layout". Please try going to Components > RSForm!Pro > Manage forms > select your form > Form Layout, save the current code in a txt file and then click the "Generate layout" button. This will generate the code for your modified form, the upload field placeholders will be added as well.
