TOPIC: if statement

i'm tring to write a currency converter,that's why i bought RSForm.
But i have some trouble , because i don't know the language. For example i try to write down the following thing.

i have 2 dropdown, and 3 item in each.
if 1st item in first dropdown, and 1st item in second dropdown is choosen,then 1+1;
if 1st item in first dropdown,and 2nd item in second dropdown is choosen,then 1+2
if 1st item in first dropdown,and 3rd item in second dropdown is choosen,then 1+3
etc. (totally there should be 9 combination.)
The problem that,i don't know how to write that if statement syntactically correct.

I would appreciate if someone help me with this issue.
