TOPIC: Error exporting submissions

Hi,

I get an error message when I try to export my submissions:

Could not create export file. Please make sure that /tmp is writable.

The strange thing is that all my folders are set to 777 also the /tmp

anybody have any clue?

Hello,

Please make sure that the path to your tmp folder is correctly set from Site > Global Configuration > Server > Path to Temp-folder.
