Hello everyone,
I want my visitors to choose what email address the form will be sent.

For example,
there will be only one form but 2 email addresses..

This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

i want my visitors have an option with a radio box or check box to send the form to italy or to france.

Is it possible to create such form? or do i have to create seperated forms?

Thanks alot.

Semih.

You can do this by adding the email address and a pipe before the label item on a radio group:

italy@xxx.com|Italy
france@xxx.com|France

Put the above in your "items" box for the radio group and if the user selects "Italy" it will send the form data to the respective address.

This solution is somewhere her in the forums, but I couldn't find...
