Hello,

Please make sure that the placeholders used in the From and To fields of the User and Admin Emails tab are valid and return valid email addresses. And please make sure that all the manually typed email addresses are valid.

Also please note that RSForm! Pro is using the default Joomla! mail server so you can check if the mail server that you use is functioning properly by creating a new Joomla! user. When the user is created an automated email should be sent.
