Cropping event image with fixed aspect ratio

When uploading or editing the image of an event, you can crop the image (see also screen shot). It would be nice if you can set a fixed aspect ratio for cropping (width/height ratio).
I suppose that this should result in a list page with images of exactly the same size, which I think would look very cool.

I wrote about a screenshot but it's not included. But I you're working with RSEvents Pro then I'm sure you'll know the screen.
