Calendar view: Yearly, Monthly, Weekly, Day

Some extra view options for the Calendar View, so we can show a Yearly view (all months days), monthly (as is right now), weekly and daily.
This setting could be adjusted as default in the Menu Item settings, but also in the front-end by the user, to switch the view on to display a specific time period.
