Admin Email based on field or link

I would like to see an option to have a form sent to a particular person based on the link clicked by a user.
Right now you have a solution where you can setup a radio group and then use that as the admin submission. That solution, however, does not hide the admin emails address, since it is in the page code.
If I had a list of contacts, I would like to be able to click on their name and have the form go to them. To do that now I have to duplicate the form for each person.
