Allow incomplete subscribers to finalize the payment and become complete.

If you do not abilitate:
- allow multiple subscription (unique email) and
- no registration of the subscribed user
When a user subscribe but can not finalize the payment there is no way to allow him to pay and change the status of his subscription except manually.
It will be great to have a module or a unique link where they can autenticate, load their incomplete profile, complete the payment, and automatically update the status from "incomplete" to "complete"
