Supervisor email notification

When a customer replies to a ticket, i receive an email. When there is a new ticket, i recieve an email.

But when one of my colleagues replies to the customer, i do not get an email notification of this reply. So in order to keep myself informed what is discussed with the customer, i have to read all the tickets every day.

Can you please make this notification option possible.
