having knowledge base available to customers during question submission

I have seen other support systems where when the user is typing a question it automatically searches the knowledgebase for keywords and shows suggested solutions before they submit the support ticket. This obviously saves a huge amount of time for support staff and would be very useful if you would consider adding it.
