Different filename (export) for each form

When you make an export of the submissions of a form the filename has always the same format (yyyy-mm-dd_rsform). If the file already exists on your system the filename will be automatically changed with an extra number when downloading the file.

This works fine for just one form. If you have several forms on your website you cann't see which exportfile belongs to which form.

An easy way to solve the problem of more than one download and the use of several forms I suggest that you change the default filename into yyyy-mm-dd_hhmm_rsform_xx.

In this format hhmm stand for hour and minute en xx for the Form ID.
