What would be great is when you create a user they subscribe it then creates a limited storage on the site...
User Type 'A' has a 10Mb storage limit
Limited to ACL type 'A'
User Type 'B' has a 20Mb storage limit
Limited to ACL type 'B'
User Type 'C' has a 30Mb storage limit
Limited to ACL type 'C'
User Type 'D' has a 40Mb storage limit
Limited to ACL type 'D'
