Possibility for staff members to categorize a ticket

The company I work for is curious about what tickets concern questions that are project related and what tickets concern incidents. So I would like a feature which makes it possible for a staff member to categorize a ticket. These categories, like 'project' or 'incident' should also be selectable in the reports plugin.
