Allow override of Emails in individual events

Currently, the emails that are sent upon Registration, Activation, etc are configured in Settings>> Emails. There are situations where different events may require different emails to be sent and I'd like to see an override capability in the individual event. If an event-specific emails is not configured, then it would send the default from Settings>> Emails.
