Full editor for image description field

ok,we can add HTML descriptions to any image in the gallery but we need to insert the codes manually.

Would´nt it be good to replace the standard textarea for the description field with the internal joomla editor (tiny mce / JCE / FCK)?

For example I need HTML description in nearly every item, and (more bad) a link to a joomla article too. if I could use JCE, linking to internal articles would not be such a pain.
