Account grouping / subaccounts

I would like to see a system where client accounts can either be grouped so people with individual Joomla accounts can see each others tickets, or the ability to make sub-accounts to similar effect.
accounting for knowlagebase
1.group for the kb public is ok , privat ok please additional groups for registered and costomer (the best would be to use groups of Joomla 2.5)
