Standardise Date Formats in RS Events through Settings

You can set the date and time formats in the RSEvents settings. However, these are not carried through all the component. By default if you use the calendar DAY and WEEK display options, the dates come out in M-D-Y format (US). They do not take the date and time formats from the settings option. The only current way round this is to change the DAY.PHP and WEEK.PHP coding in /components/com_rsevnts/views/calendar/tmpl folder

This is one area in RSevents I have discovered, but there might be other
It would be useful to be able to have all date and time formats set in the settings rather than having to change coding which can be overwritten on upgrades.

Also have long and short formats would be useful for dates
