Add possibility to enter translations for memberships

It would be very helpful to have the possibility to translate the membership options (and related settings: emails, etc.).
This is necessary for multi-languages site where a user would read the subscription options in his language.

The appropriate membership translation should be automatically selected based on the language selected by the user.
