Hi, I have a real-estate site and use rsform for lead caputre. But this is not very handy since I have to administrater the leads. That means:
- distribute to a sales person
- update leads by sales person
For example please refer to jcontacts from extreme joomla http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/clients/crm/3913.

Quoteso what you would need is a simplified version of salesforce that would allow you to manage leads, convert them into customers, or set other statuses and possibly add comments?
This could be a good idea for a new component maybe.
