Simplify the order processing

The order processing is very complex. I started a few orders befoe finaly compleating one successfuly.
I have limited vision that does contribute to my difficulties however, there are two web sites involded with differant account loging it takes some working out as to what is happening and where. Lots of emails saying slightly differant things I have probable spend nearly an hour placing the order and finding the download area.
Please simplify the order processing system. I nealry did not purchase because of the complexity
