Short explanation:
Customers can buy support time with credits.

Detailed description:
1- Customers buy an amount of credits for support. One credit is (for example) 15 minutes support. Let's say they buy 10 credits.
2- When a support request is finished, the staff closes the ticket.
3- RSTickets will ask the staff member to enter the amount of time it took to solve the request. For example 30 minutes.
4- 30 minutes = 2 credits, so there will be 2 credits substracted from the amount of the customers credits. The customer has now 8 credits left (8x15 = 120min).
5- The customer can see an overview of spend credits in his ticket overview. When the customer runs out of credits, he can buy new credits. The payment could be integrated later on.
