Knowledgbase: enable similar articles display at bottom of each article

I would like to see an automatic 'here are some other articles similar to the one you are reading' type functionality.

This is usually displayed at the bottom of the knowledgebase article and uses keyword association.

It should have the ability restrict the number of article links shown e.g. 5, 10, 20
