Project Tracking - Help us organize our projects / todo's

I know there are project tracking components out there, but many are overkill.

This would be more of a glorified task list. Assign a task to a user. Comments concerning the task (or even viewing the task) could be open to everyone, specific groups or individuals.

Sort tasks by "responsible person", creator, date, priority.

Option for email notification upon new or updated task.

Really just looking for a way to minimize the maddening amount of emails required when a group works on developing and maintaining a busy joomla site.

In one module, we can see what needs to be done and who is responsible. Seems like the RSTickets!Pro already gets you about half way there! :)
