Showing input box after that user replied to ticket

Hello. Sometimes staff member that reply to a ticket doesn't want change its status to "on hold" because he replied partially. So it would be a great addon showing an input box or other similar after he replied wher he can choose the new ticket status (like "on hold", "open", "closed").
