Create a intelligent billing system

It was very usefull for me and i think for other companies too to have a billing system where user can access and see what they have to pay until when.
where you can attach the facture and when is payed attach a payment confirmation

the system should change automatic the status when the times is reached form on hold to late by example and send a payment reminder

the clint have a full overview over his payments and can download everytime the facture or payment confirmations in his account.

this is very usefull for freelancer and a lot other buseness sectors

ccinvoice provide a such system and i buy it but it dont meet the class and functionality what we know and love from rsjoomla hope you decide to make this somewhere in the feature i think lot people will need something like this one client you have allready who want to buy this :-)
