Add From Date/To Date filtering criteria for Event Listing Menu item

Since All the Events are listed unless we decide to explicitly deactivate it, sometimes its hard to reach into the events withing certain time-period.
Please add Start Date/Stop Date fields to the Filter criteria, both being optional.
