Ability to add form submitters to RSblog

I would like the ability - probably in a plugin - to add people who submit a form to be subscribed to RSBlog.

The use case would be, for example, when someone submits a form requesting a document advertised on my website; by completing the form, they get the document (via RSForms) but then also get subscribed to mu blog.
