Add a new field type called "spacer".

One of the most frustrating issues when using RSForms Pro is not having enough control over the spacing between lines in forms.

Perhaps you could look at different solutions for this, but one quick suggestion woul dbe to simply add a new field type called "spacer" which could be inserted between any existing field.

There are two important features which would need to be included.

1) Unlike other field types, the user should not be required to add a unique field identifier... this would make it much faster and less confusing when needing to add many spacers to a form. Identifiers should not be needed anyway because these are not needed to be selected when adding fields to emails or the database.

2) It would be great if we could specify how many lines (or pixels) the spacer will be for each spacer inserted.
