Notifications if ticket not closed

From a ticket management viewpoint, if tickets are not closed there should be functionality to generate notifications to the assignee (staff member to whom the ticket is assigned) to remind them the ticket needs to be worked on.

There should be settings for e.g. how many days after first creation the notification is sent, and thereafter every how many days the notification should be repeated. There should be an email template to be able to design the text of the notification.
