Alpha User Points

I have a client who does sports capping. Because of his niche I'd like to use a points system rather than subscription levels. This would allow me to create memberships for both users and authors, one buying points, the later getting paid by the formert with their points. The we could convert authors points into cash when they reach a certain threshold.

Is there any way to have RSMembership integrated with AUP in order to accomplish this? It's the only thing keeping me from plunking down for the unlimited license at this point.
