Add support for cloud storage (One Drive / Google Drive)

It would be great to have the ability for RSfiles to integrate with cloud storage, like One Drive/Google Drive. This storage is cheaper than us upgrading our local server storage and is easily expanded.

We feel most companies are likely to already have storage plans as part of the existing MS subscriptions or professional google accounts and would be great to tie them together in Joomla.
