Extend {IF} placeholders functionality or allow add PHP to layout

Being your loyal user :) I'd like to say it was great step ahead when you have added {IF} functionality for RSDirectory

...but since version 1.4 it has no any further development.

It would be great if you will extend the {IF} functionality like it's done for RSForm

and even more - to use all PHP operators listed in

...as a variant you could just allow to use PHP code right inside layout, this case an experienced user can create everything himself...
