Rules for meta name="robots"

Hello. I propose adding an option that allows you to set rules for management name="robots".
For example, write a part of the URL address in the rule and select "no index, no follow for meta name="robots". As a result, the component will automatically set "no index, no follow for meta name="robots" for all relevant pages.
