Auto save form when the page is opened

Hello! can it be possible to auto save a form in form direcotry when the form is opened? for example to have pre filled fields that when the form (page) is opened these are automatically saved as if the form was sent and then when the other fields that are not pre filled are filled by the user, the form directory is updated with all the information, and if the user just closes the page not filling anything, the form is still saved with the pre filled fields when the page was opened, this can be very helpful for some secutity areas where you want to see if some user have seen the information or not.
