Restrict viewing listings to members

I would like to see a feature where ads could be restricted to members to view

For example. You could set up RS directory to receive bids or a RFP for a project... You would not want all bidders to be able to see everyone's bids. Just their own. You would then have a member access side that could view all bids but not edit them.

another example is a submitted price list or a commission for work. If network of art vendors wanted a list of available art pieces to shop, The artists could submit thier work with prices and the network vendors could then search and review individually. The artists should not have access to the listings as they could view other artiwst pricing and they could have an unfair advantage. All listings would only be viewable via the ember login for the network vendors.
