Allow adding attachment to TicketsPro Ticket

It would be nice if we could add an attachment to an existing ticket without having to send a reply to the customer.
In a particular case an attachment from a customer was refused because of an illegal extension. The customer mailed us the file separately and I would like to be able to add it to the ticket.
