Moving files between folders from frontend

A very useful feature missing, is the possibility to move files from one folder to another from the frontend.
With this feature, there would be possible to allow authorized users to upload files to say a Temp folder only accessible by a Moderator.
After that the Moderator shall be able to move the accepted files to the appropriate folders where all, resp. all group users have access.

Basically something like the functionality of Windows Explorer, including the sharing options
