Tag cloud module - display active tags only

I am currently setting up a website for a client featuring RSevents Pro.
Excellent extension with lots of good features.
My client has a lot of tags and when the tag cloud module is used it ends up being rather excessive.
What I am suggesting is could the tag cloud only display the active tags?
The same principle might be applied to the Location Module as well so only locations with events currently associated with them would be displayed.
