RSTickets!Pro is my most favorite Joomla Extension.
The support is very quick and helpful.
Would be cool if the "Reply Above Message" field has the ability to set multilingual texts and a button to turn this field completely on/off instead to make changes in the PHP file.
Please continue so RSJoomla ... I love your extensions
