.htaccess maker and rename admin folder and ip whitelist for admin folder

1-Please add .htaccess maker in RSFirewall! in future.
Because the Admin Tools has .htaccess maker option and that will help us.
2-Please add an option for rename and moving the admin folder. it's very usefull.
3-Please add an option with ip controlling for admin folder which We can make whitelist for admin folder.( with country selection )
for example : I select only germany ips can access to admin folder. ( another countries = block )
