Consistent Image Size

It would be wonderful to have a consistent size of the images for the blog view menu. That way, I would not have to resize all of my images before uploading. It would also really make the blog look uniform and more appealing.

YES that would be very nice, it is also missing the possibility when uploading images to a different size and possibly generate thumbnails.
