iCal on calendar mode (month view), or seperate configuration

Hi!

It would be great if the iCal button is also present on calendar view (month view).

Furthermore, I would like to be able to seperately configure the content of the .ics files.

For example, if I want only upcoming events visible on the site, but all events (past and upcoming) in the .ics file. Currently, this is not possible.
