PayPal Payments Pro

Please add new PayPal Payments Pro as plugin.

RsEvents Pro with Paypal payment is great but some people do not like to create Paypal account, with new paypal pro option people do not leave the website for payment. also they can pay with credit card directly.

this will give whole new shopping experience to RSEvents Pro.
