Pro Version - ability to restrict some Departments to Staff only

One thing I noticed that would give our company the ability to use RSTickets! Pro for many many more things, would be the ability to add restricted Departments, (kind of like restricted Knowledge Base articles). We could then track things such as custom computer builds and even sales calls using the custom fields.

A restricted department would only be visible to staff members with access. This would be an AMAZING enhancement.
